December Co-Conspirator Fundraising event. We’re hosting a fundraising event at Short Stack on December 14. Tickets are limited and will sell out fast. With vegan catering by Daijah Birchette and the ability to support a life-changing workgroup, you don’t want to miss this one. Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness
-Launched in 2022, the Well Black Woman Institute is a statewide health equity leadership training academy for Black women across Wisconsin. Deadline to apply: November 4!

Nehemiah / Justified Anger
-Nehemiah is celebrating 30 years with a dance party event at Monona Terrace! With thirty years of Black community impact, Nehemiah has reason to celebrate. Register today for their Community-Wide Cocktail Party on November 11. Can’t attend but want to support Nehemiah? Consider donating a ticket to another attendee on their event registration page.
-Our staff is in the middle of Justified Anger’s Black History course, a 9-week program that sells out every year. Follow Nehemiah/Justified Anger on social media to stay informed and be the first to sign up for the Spring 2023 course.

Progress Center for Black Women
-The Progress Center hosts monthly Community Coworking days at their beautiful space in downtown Madison. Check out their calendar to find out more.

Bonus: Just Dane
-Just Dane is constantly working towards a more just community in greater Madison through its support of individuals and families involved in the criminal justice system. Our team is participating in their Reentry Simulation in November. This simulation gives insight and reflection to what it is like to re-enter the community after incarceration.
